Aubrey Degnan, Ph.D., has an extensive thirty year background in Eastern and Western psycho-spiritual traditions. As a more traditional humanistic psychologist, she consulted in West Africa for the U.S. State Department, with national law enforcement and first line responders in trauma and counter terrorism, and with inner city children in Oakland, CA. Her work with the children was through Healing Our Future, a non profit organization that she founded. She is personally blessed by the Luminous Emptiness experience of Enlightenment (2002) and conveys this living contagious spirit of direct connection to the Divine that we all share.
As a mid-wife for souls seeking Enlightenment, she invokes blessings of Love, Light, energy and Divine Flow from several traditions: the Vajrayana transmission of the Great Bliss (Maha Sukha), the Golden Liquid Light Diksha blessing of Sai Maa, the Soul Healing blessings of ancient Chinese medicine (Master Guo), and Divine Flow. In her book, Luminous, the Soul's Journey to Enlightenment she 'describes' that which is beyond words and identity. In her best-selling "Living Divine Relationships", she writes in Divine Flow, an altered state of consciousness. She helps others write their books in 90 days. During her three years of living and retreat in the wilderness of Mt. Shasta, she discovered her Native American heritage in the Kerouk tribe and entered the pink crystalline hallways leading into the heart of the mountain.
Our souls yearn for direct re-connection with our own Divinity. This is the essence of healing. It is our heart that must open first. While many paths into the Light are depicted in cultures around the world, there has been secrecy as to the exact tools or formulas that bring Enlightenment. Some say these secrets are not to be discussed. I humbly disagree.
We are at a turning point on our planet. Our humanity is entering a time of profound transformation. It is time to get out of the small teacup containing our mind and enter instead the vast infinite space of Enlightenment. This is the time to inspire all souls to Awaken spiritually and discover their own unique Truth.

How do we do this while carrying out our daily lives? How do we remain grounded, sane, and use practical common sense thinking? We breathe in pain and suffering and breathe out compassion and light. We listen with our hearts. We forgive. We invoke light into our brain and allow it to flow through all physical and energetic systems. We let go. We consciously choose each moment to live in the NOW, to move on, to take the high ground of love and light. We pray. We heal. We enter into our highest consciousness and become Beings of Light. And we do these things each day... each minute of our lives... with humility and kindness.
